Review | Elf Mad for Matte Palette

Elf Palette

The ELF Mad for Matte Palette is a classic in the drugstore department! The matte black packaging, the warm matte neutral shades, the long thing mirror, the Β£10 price tag… everything about this product is a recipe for success!

The palette comes with 10 colours that range from my skin tone (i.e. very pale) to a smokey black! There are plenty of crease shades, a beautiful orange and a stunning purple. The black isn’t jet black, but builds up really nicely for a smokey eye. And the colour layout is literally my favourite!

The pigmentation is definitely not out of this world, but the colours are still buildable, blendable and really pretty! The palette does take a little work and time, but the shades work really well together and last a long time! The orange shade in the middle of the palette is definitely the standout shade of the palette and the purple is a close second!

Have you tried this palette? It really is a classic and I really would recommend it if you’re needing a warm neutral palette
