I kind of love this foundation!! Maybelline have launched their Superstay 21 Hour Foundation in new packaging, and with a slightly updated formula! After trying the setting powder in the same range and really not liking it, I was very dubious of this foundation.. oh I was wrong.
It’s a medium-buildable foundation, that blends like a dream. The colour range is ok (with 12 shades), but nothing out of this world, but this shade matches me perfectly – so pale girls, we’re ok! It kind of bunches round my nose, but only if I apply slightly too much, if I use a lighter hand (which still gives amazing coverage) it looks flawless ALL DAY. I haven’t tested the 24 hour claim, because I don’t wear makeup for 24 hours in a row. However, I would go to work at 8am, and come home at 8pm and my makeup would still look pretty good – yes, it had faded a bit, but it really stands up well.
I just can’t get over how flawless it makes my skin feel without feeling super heavy!
The packaging is sleek and simple, and at £9.99 it’s really not that expensive! Plus, Maybelline is on 3 for 2 in both Boots and Superdrug atm!
So, I kinda love this foundation. Have you tried it? If so, what are your thoughts?
