I’m very fickle when it comes to skincare, I try out so many things over the months that it very rarely remains consistent. However, I thought I would share with you what I’m using right now, my thoughts, and if I have any products I find myself gravitating towards more.
Simple Micellar Water
I really do love this micellar water, I think I prefer the Garnier one just a little more, but the Simple one can often be a lot cheaper. It removes makeup fairly easily, and is super affordable.
The Body Shop Tea Tree Toner
I have to say, I’m not really enjoying this all that much. I feel like the other toners from The Body Shop are so much better. However, it isn’t terrible, it just smells strongly like tea tree without having the real benefits of tea tree…
Superdrug Naturally Radiant Facial Pads
Since becoming obsessed with the Nip and Fab Glycolic Daily Cleansing Pads (which I’m still obsessed with, and I’m now going back to using daily), people have always recommended I try this. I did really like them (I finished them not long ago..), but the Nip + Fab pads are just that much better!
Superdrug Vitamin E Nourishing Eye Cream
However, one product from the range that really does work is the eye cream! It’s hydrating, lightweight and super affordable. I’ve had about a million tubes of this stuff and I will continue to use it!
Caudalie Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet
I feel like day cream is THAT thing I swap between left right and centre. However, the one I use the most… possibly because I’ve been given it the most, is the Caudalie Sorbet. It’s lightweight, moisturising, and it works really well under makeup. The others I really like are the Body Shop moisturisers and the ones by No.7.
Mudmask Sleep Repair Renewal Nourishing Mask
Ok, I completely loved this! It was thick, luxurious, hydrating and worked really well with my skin!
Barry M Lip Scrub in Mango
I love this stuff! It makes my lips feel soft, while also being absolutely delicious! It can be quite messy, which is why I love the ones by L’Oreal, however, this is still a great product.
Carmex Moisturising Lip Balm
You can’t not use lip balm, especially at this time of year! And the only ones I like better than the Carmex ones are the Dr Lipp ones!
And that’s pretty much it (as well as face wash.. which is more part of my shower routine). What’s included in your skincare routine?
