I haven’t actually ever tried a base product from MUA – at least if I have I don’t remember using it. So I went into this a little bit nervous but completely open minded. MUA have launched a new range of concealers, part of their Pro Base range, in 10 shades (which is ok I guess) at £2.50 a pop (one of the cheapest concealers on the market).
The packaging is basic, but I really like the matte finish. Each tube has 7.5ml of product in and is applied with a standard doe foot applicator. Here I have shade 100 and 110 – the two lightest shades – and there is a HUGE jump between the two shades and 110 comes across very very peachy with shade 100 being almost white. I feel like there could definitely be a few shades inbetween.
The formula is neither too thin or thick and it blends out relatively easily. The coverage is light-medium, and the finish is a satin finish. Considering it says on it “full coverage concealer” I feel like it’s definitely missing the… coverage! However, the problem I have with this concealer is it creases like crazy unless you set it really well!

Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend, however, I have been enjoying using shade 100 to lighten the colour of foundations which are a little dark!
Have you tried this concealer? If so, what are your thoughts?

I’ve not tried this concealer, and from this I don’t think I will haha! The shade range sounds strange, and how there’s such a big jump in between shades xx

Yeah I really don’t get why the jump is sooo big! And I would stick to Revolution for cheap concealers if I were you… 😛 x
