I feel like I’m forever talking about new launches over here on my blog I often forget to give a little love to my old favourites, or just old products I head over heels love! Another thing I feel like I never talk about is haircare and skincare! So, today I thought I would share with you 3 things from the drugstore I am LOVING and I think you should definitely try! One skincare, one haircare and one makeup!
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cleanser (£7.99)
I tried a sample of this in a beauty box.. I don’t remember which one, and I fell head over heels in love. This is such a lovely gentle, hydrating facial wash that removes makeup like a dream and just leaves you skin feeling so fresh and clean! It’s got the benefits of a milk cleanser (really gentle on the skin) with the benefits of a gel cleanser (they leave your skin feeling much cleaner, in my opinion). And it’s just a winner winner chicken dinner… yes, I just said that!
Max Factor Face Finity All Day Flawless Foundation (£12.99)
Ok, this is hands down my favourite foundation. It’s a high-coverage, satin finish, easy to blend, long-wearing foundation that just ticks all the boxes. This is the perfect colour match for me and it just works with my skin all the way! It has the added benefit of SPF20 and it just doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. I find my bronzer & blush apply really well over the top and it just melts in with my concealer. I just love this!
John Frieda Frizz Ease Original 6 Effects Serum (£6.99)
Ok, I love this! Since cutting my hair short, I’ve noticed it gets frizzy so much easier… and this product just really controls that. It leaves my hair feeling super soft and smooth and it looks so so healthy. I just put a few pumps into my palms, rub together and then run through the ends of my hair (where it’s been bleached and it more prone to frizz) when it’s wet… and it just makes my hair feel SO soft! Love this!
So, they are my 3 holy grails from the drugstore! Let me know yours!

I wasn’t a big fan of the Neutrogena cleanser- feels lovely on the skin but it wasn’t the best at removing my makeup x
I have to sat I usually do a first remove/breakdown with micellar water and then go in with my face wash. But I do kinda get what you mean. However, I just love how it makes my face feel! X
Yeah I was the same. I think it’s because I bought it for makeup removal but it’s best for after cleansing or on a morning x
I love the max factor foundation! Definitely my go to 🙂
It’s hands down my favourite foundation. I just never hear people talking about it!
I’ve used the John Frieda Frizz Ease line for years. Much prefer the original over the new ones they just launched.
I’ve only really just discovered this one. So haven’t tried the new ones. Useful to know they’re a miss though!
