I love lipsticks! Second to eyeshadow they’re my favourite thing to collect ever! And because I have a ridiculous collection for one person, I really try to use and love what I own. And to do that I love to create these wardrobe/what I wear in the week style posts! It forces me to use a range of lipsticks in my collection and really love and use what I own!
As you can tell… I’m a nude fan on the everyday. Especially at the moment when I’m literally only wearing makeup for me!
Revlon Super Lustrous Matte in Wild Thoughts | So much mattage! The packaging for these lipsticks is gorg! They’re super easy to wear and apply and this is just the most beautiful everyday shade!
Bourjour Rouge Fabuleux Lipstick in 04 | I LOVE these lipsticks! They’re truly stunning! And this is another one of those beautiful every day lips!
Illamasqua Lava Lips in Vixen | I mean come on that marble effect is gorgeous! This is totally one of those lipsticks I forget about, and then when I get it out of my collection, I remember just how much I love it! I really feel like this is another variation of the same colour…. whoops!
Rosie for Autograph Lip Glossy in Super Model Smile | Another one of those lip products I forget about. This is a super glossy chubby lip pencil that leaves you lips looking super shiny and gorgeous! It has the habit of clinging to dry patches the longer it’s one, but it’s truly a beautiful shade!
L’Oreal High Shine Lip Ink in Be Successful | This is seriously a gorgeous lipstick. It’s becoming one of my favourites and I’m not sure I’ll ever regret picking this up! It leaves my lips feeling glossy and full and I absolutely love it!
Fenty Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick in Single | The pigment in this lipstick is seriously second to none. And I love how this is an orange toned nude, which makes it a little different to every other lipstick in this page and actually most lipsticks in my collection. Plus the packaging is to die for!
Lipstick Queen in Frog Princess | I actually love this lipstick! It’s my go to when I want a little colour on my lips but don’t want to actually wear a lipstick! Like seriously one of my favs!
And there you go. I feel like this week I’ve stuck with some firm favourites and new favourites rather than trying out products that I’m not sure about or need to remember what I think. But let’s face it, it’s probably because I’m feeling the need of something I’m used to and comfortable with – lockdown is hard ok!

I’ve been wanting to try darker colors for a while but haven’t had the guts to do it. Fingers crossed, we’ll see.
The way I got into it was I started with dabbing. And no I don’t mean the weird dance move crave… ha! As in applying a really light layer of the lipstick on your lips so it sorta blends with your natural lip colour 🙂 x
I still haven’t found the right lipstick for myself, so I am sticking to lipgloss. But these colours definitely make me want to try out some. Also I thought the last one would be much darker given how black it looks. Great post!

I agree with you on the bourjois rouge fabuleux. They are really nice to wear!
I’ve just bought two Charlotte Tilbury shades as they were on offer – I absolutely love them! I usually struggle SO badly with dry lips but I always want a matte lipstick for staying power 😂 the Charlotte Tilbury don’t dry my lips out like a few of my other matte ones do – so that was a plus for me!
