Birchbox

Hey, welcome back! Long time no speak, I honestly just needed a little bit of a break after posting everyday since last November! However, here I am to talk you through my May subscription boxes, and today it is Birchbox! Aka, usually my favourite of the three!

This month’s box is leafy with a super light pink background, it’s very cute and very on trend for this time of year! Inside this month we had 5 rather small products, which was a bit of an anti-climax, but we all know great things come in small packages, so let’s see what was in this month’s box!

Birchbox 1

Doucce Luscious Lip Stain in Amber Rose | This is a beautiful colour which is right up my street! Nothing particularly new in that respect, but I feel like it’s a super popular go to colour you really can’t complain! The lipstick is pigmented, fast drying, matte, fairly long lasting, a touch drying (but not crazily) and it’s a very good start!

Greenfrog Botanic Geranium & Peppermint Botanical Bodywash | I haven’t actually used this in the shower yet (keep an eye on my empties), but it smells super pretty both floral and fresh, but in a really clean way! It’s cruelty free, vegan and free from chemicals which is always a positive and the bottle looks adorable.

Birchbox 3

Native Unearthed Active Charcoal Natural Deodorant Balm | I’ve never seen or used anything like this, however it looks super intriguing and I’m really looking forward to giving this a go. Essentially it’s a deodorant that smells nice and absorbs sweat and is beyond super natural!

Marcelle New Age Precision 8-in-1 Power Serum | Another ageing product! Seriously, why are these boxes full of them! However, it does look like it would be really really good, and when I finish the serum I’m using at the moment, I’ll definitely give it a go!

Birchbox 2

Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner | I love a liquid eyeliner, even more than that, I love a felt tip liquid eyeliner. I’m pretty sure I’ve tried this one before and I really did like it! Easy to apply, long lasting and still fairly easy to remove!

Have you subscribed to Birchbox? What did you think?
