I feel like, at the moment, every brand is coming out with a liquid eyeshadow, it seems to be the product of the season. The next brand on the bandwagon is Collection with their Glam Crystals Liquid Eyeshadow (not to be confused with the Glam Crystals eyeliners). At £3.99 a pop they are definitely one of the cheapest and there are only 4 shades to the range.

The four shades, from left to right, are Aura (a pale, champagne colour), Divine (the rose gold shade, and probably my favourite), Envy (a deeper copper/bronze colour) and Karma (similar to Envy, but more on the brown side of things). The shades are all super natural and wearable and I feel like they’re a good, solid four to come out with. However, I would be intrigued to see if Collection extend the range further down the line to include some brighter shades..

The formula is more like a wash of colour with fairly fine glitter suspended in it. It makes them really pop when applied onto the eye, but they can be a little too harsh to put on the inner corner.
They’re definitely a product that you only need a little bit of, because a little goes a long way. I would suggest putting a bit down, and then blending out and building up rather than going ham (like I did the first time) and then you have so much product you’re not really sure what to do with it! However, go with a slightly more gentle hand and they blend super well and do look very very pretty.

The way I like to apply these it by putting a colour through my crease and outer corner of my eye, and then use these on the centre, blending out the edges with the eyeshadow. I then use a highlight shade on the inner corner. And, to be honest this look is stunning! Divine is hands down my favourite shade, I love how warm and pretty it is, but it’s still pale enough to be a highlight shade in the centre of the lid. Aura works very well on the inner third (just be careful not to get it too much in the inner corner).
The formula does have small chunks of glitter in it, which it what gives the product it’s sparkle, but it does stay on the eyes pretty well! I think I saw one bit of glitter on my face once… but other than that I’ve remained disco ball free!

Overall, I don’t think I will use the darker shades much, but the two lighter shades are stunning and I feel like I’m going to get a lot of use out of them in the upcoming Summer months!
Have you tried these? If so, what were your thoughts?

Can you show an eyeshadow look with these? They look so pretty, but I think I’m too scared to try them!! 😂
Yeah sure! 😊
Great review! I tried these out for the first time the other day and I liked them but I did feel a little bit of stinging on my eyes just after I applied them! I need to give them another go because it may have been where I had used a cleansing sponge to wash my face beforehand. Apart from that I love the colours, they’re so cute!

Oh that’s such a shame! The only makeup product I’ve ever had a reaction to is the L’Oreal True Match Foundation! So I’m fairly lucky there! x
these seem gorgeous! my favourites are aura and divine since they will be great for spring and summer! x
