Everyone loves a good highlight, the only thing people love more is a super blinding highlight. Barry M have joined the ranks of liquid, intense highlighters with their new Liquid Chrome Highlighter. Much like the rest, they come with an intensely pigmented liquid with a chromatic reflect to it, and with 5 shades to the range there’s a colour for every skin tone.
They come at £6.99 a pop, making them one of the cheapest out there and the packaging is super luxe. Overall, first impressions are good.

So the 5 shades in the range are (from left to right) At First Light, Liquid Fortune, Beam Me Up, Precious Pearl, Motion Potion. The shade I have is Motion Potion.
The formula is… ok. It’s quite a thick formula in comparison to other liquid highlights, and so you need to act fast and work hard. It’s not an easy formula to blend. However, it does look very pretty on the skin, if you act fast, then the result is beautiful. It doesn’t disturb the product underneath and it lasts fairly well.
Overall, a good product. Not one I can see myself shouting from rooftops about (not that I do the anyway…), but it’s good… so anticlimactic.
Have you tried this? If so, what are your thoughts?
