Review | Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look In A Palette

I had never tried anything from Charlotte Tilbury before, and I had been eyeing up the Filmstar bronze and glow for ages. However, I really needed something super travel friendly and I really wanted to try a lot of the products all at once… so it just seemed obvious to buy the Instant Look In A Palette.

First thing to say is that all these colours are GORGEOUS! Having never used CT I didn’t really know what the products would be like, but after spending £49 on this palette I knew they would be good quality. The bronzer and the highlighter are stunning, they work really well on my super pale complexion and look natural, but still there… if that makes sense. The Cheek Swish is a tad too dark for me to use on my cheek, but works as a warmer brown shade for my eyes. The Cheek Pop colour is a super pretty cheek colour, a bit brighter than my average blusher, but it blends like a dream and I have to say… I really do love it. And the three eyeshadows work so well together to produce a super pretty, neutral smokey(ish) eye look.

The tones throughout this palette work really well together and with my skin tone, the pigment is amazing, they blend like a dream, the packaging is stunning, the little star on the mirror melts my heart… and I literally love it. And, possibly like me you’re thinking but wait a minute that palette is still nearly £50!? However, think of it this way… you’re getting a bronzer, highlighter, blusher, and a sort of eyeshadow quad for £50, when you think about it this way, it’s sort of a bargain!

I couldn’t recommend this palette enough, and it’s definitely found its place in my favourites!

Have you tried this? If so, what are your thoughts?
