Bourjois again! (You’ll get that comment if you’ve read yesterday’s post… or in fact a lot of the recent posts, because Bourjois has literally been everywhere!) Today we’ve got their new Leo Duo Blush in Inséparoses. For £6.49, this is an adorable little blush in the most adorable round packaging I literally love it!
Spoiler: I love it!

This is effectively a sculpted blush that both contours and blushes at the same time… I don’t know about that… but this is a stunning shade! Chuck the brush away, I don’t even know what those things are. But applied with a nice blush brush, this is beautiful. It adds so much life and colour and shape to the face and I LOVE it! It’s a pink blush, there’s no hiding from that fact, but I actually quite like it. And then it has this shimmer cast that kind of reflects gold, much like the infamous NARS Orgasm blush… it’s almost like a dupe… just a bit pinker. It makes your cheeks look alive and healthy and gives you that beautiful flush colour! The blush is long lasting and the glitter can be seen on the skin, but it isn’t chunky and so doesn’t emphasis texture – if you don’t like shimmery blushes… steer clear.
Have to say the packaging is adorable! It’s quite a small blush, and it comes with a super cute small mirror and magnetic closure, but it does feel pretty sturdy. I’ve been using it solidly for about 3 weeks now, and I have noticed the text is rubbing off the front, which doesn’t bother me much, but it is something to note.

The only downside of this product is it smells like talcum powder, and I don’t mean a nice subtle scent, I mean pow you will smell it! I feel like a lot of Bourjois’ products are scented, so it’s kind of their thing and I can definitely get past it. But if you’re sensitive to scent, it might be something to keep an eye on.
However, all in all, I think (alongside the L’Oreal peach blushes) this is my new favourite blush and I’m going to be taking it everywhere with me.. being so small.
Have you tries this? If so, what are your thoughts?
