New | Nip + Fab Palette in Jewelled

Nip + Fab Palette 3

Nip + Fab are at it again with another palette launch! Bringing their grand total to 4! The first two I loved, and the last one I didn’t so much, and I have my fingers crossed for this to be amazing! This palette is called Jewelled and is the colourful palette of the range.

At Β£12.95 it’s the same price as the rest of the palette, comes in identical packaging and also has 12 shades in it!

The shades in this palette are gorgeous. You have your neutral brown shades (Simmer, Purr, Chocolate and Simmer) your beautiful blue shades (True Emerald, Topaz, Sapphire and Madness), some burgundy shades (Outlandish and Ruby Red), a purple (Royals) and a stunning orange shade (Upside Down). While the palette is full of colourful shades they’re remarkably wearable and complement each other well.

The shades are a little dusty, but definitely more pigmented than the Gentle Glam palette. They do layer up well, and you can create a range of beautiful eyeshadow looks, I have the say the blue shade Sapphire is a stunning shade, and I LOVE wearing it on the lower lash line! The lasting power is ok but nothing super impressive, but at least they don’t crease, so I give them that!

The warmer neutral shades are definitely the strongest in this palette. However, if you’re looking for shades like this their warm neutrals palette Fired Up is definitely better.

Overall, this palette is nice, in no way shape or form am I telling you it’s a bad palette, however I do think there are better palettes out there!

Have you tried this palette? If so, what are your thoughts?
