Inglot is one of those brands I haven’t really tried much from. However, I ventured in the store in Westfield London and was given a little gift bag which included a voucher to get a FREE lipsatin lipstick. Normally £13 each, Inglot have launched 12 new shades in this new formula to their already extensive lipstick range.
The 12 shades (below) includes a HUGE range of super nude shades, as well as a few pops of colour. I feel like there is going to be a nude in this range for every skin tone. I have the shade 306, so one of the slightly deeper nudes and it is the perfect colour for me!
The packaging is a light metal-feeling material (which feels super cold in your hands… which I kinda love). The lid kind of pulls off. And overall the packaging is sleek, elegant, expensive feeling and overall I was impressed with it… well I am… I’m still impressed.
The pigmentation is impressive. You only need a few swipes and your entire lip is covered. It has that classic satin finish where it is somewhere between a matte and a gloss – which I personally love. It’s neither drying nor hydrating, it’s just kinda there – which does make it easy to wear, as you kind of forget about it. The formula is fairly long lasting, but not entirely kiss proof. Overall, I’m impressed.
I feel like there’s a lot of shades in the range which, let’s face it, are identical. So I might go back and purchased 303 (a red) and 305 (a deeper, purple toned nude – which I am so into right now). But overall, if you can get hold of Inglot, or you have a store near you (there is one in Westfield London), then I would highly recommend giving them a swatch and giving them a go!
Have you tried these? If so, what were your thoughts?
