It’s mental to think the last blog posts I wrote over here were my last monthly roundups. But, it’s been a slightly mental month with work and I’m sorry for abandoning you. I didn’t want to half arse content I wasn’t happy with, and I also didn’t want to completely burn myself out, so I decided to take a break. Which I think is normal, and you’re all so lovely you’ll be ok with it! But here I am, back with some of my favourite blog posts; my monthly favourites, stat updates and monthly project 10 pan update!
It’s a pretty lifestyle favourites month as I’ve either been working, travelling to work, or trying to switch off from work!
Being a Marketing/Campaign Manager
Ha! I feel like I can’t take an entire month off for work and then not talk about work. I’m a Marketing Campaign Manager for an outdoor cinema and events producer. So I make sure all the marketing is booked, landing and working. So that’s everything from booking media, setting live Facebook/Google/TikTok ads, organic social media management, co-ordinating venues etc.etc.! And with the company I work for being a seasonal product (you know, being outside, in Britain), we just had our biggest onsale of the year. And I’m loving just being able to work in events again, it’s mega stressful and full on, but I’ve missed it you know!
Olivia Rodrigo – Sour
An album favourite for you! I feel like I’m a little too old for an album all about breaking up with a boy… but there’s just something about this album! The combo of her stunning voice, writing style and lyrics just makes the best album and I’ve listened to it SO many times this last month. And I’m actually a fan of the fact it’s quite a short album. Favourite song? Brutal! Or Hope Ur Ok
The Flight Attendant
A HBO Max TV show, available in the UK on Now TV (and I think Sky), this is such an amazing show! One: Kaley Cuoco was wasted in Big Bang Theory, she is an incredible actress! And two: just love it! It’s a comedic thriller that centres around an alcoholic flight attendant who wakes up (after a one night stand) with a guy who’s been murdered. She then spends the season trying to find out who did it, and in so, proving it wasn’t her! Loved it so much..!
Revlon Super Lustrous Matte Lipstick in Cherries in the Snow
If you feel like you recognise this lipstick, you would be right. This is one of the lipsticks in my project 10 pan! However, I feel like I had to talk about it again. Not only does this lipstick have the best formula; pigmented, comfortable, easy to wear and a beautiful creamy matte finish. But this colour is just perfection. It’s super flattering against my super pale skin, but it would suit people with deeper skin tones too! It’s a beautiful hot pink shade and I LOVE it!

So after a quiet April, and a completely absent May, I’m not surprised by these stats, but I’m looking forward to what June says!

Project 10 Pan Update
I’m super excited for next month! I’m going to do a 6 month update with a roundup of all the products I’ve used up, a Jan to now side my side, how I’m getting on, some of my favourite looks, and everything in between! But here’s my May update!
I’m still working my way through things, but I do have some new empties to share with you! The Revlon Photo Ready Candid Setting Powder and the e.l.f 16hr Camp Concealer that I added last time are already empties! The pans on my blush and contour kit are only getting bigger and I’m making some good progress on my Vieve The Essential Palette!
And there you have it folks! Another roundup of favourites, blog stats and project 10 pan products for another month!
