Christmas is here… well.. pretty much (most of us are breaking up today ready for Christmas, so I feel like it counts). And December is the month of festivities, parties and a little too much booze! But it’s also the month of all the red lipsticks! It’s the month you rock them all out, dust of the layer of dust, and venture out with some bold colours on!
I’d love to say I’ve worn nothing but bold lips all month… but that would be a massive lie… I did venture back in to my classic nudes too… don’t kill me!
Mac Lipstick in Faux
I would try and go a month without wearing a Mac lipstick, but it’s never going to happen. But this one definitely makes it this month, because I lost this WEEKS ago, and then randomly found it while packing to move. So I HAD to rock it back out. I love this lipstick it’s my go to classic nude!
Stila Liquid Lipstick in Fiery
This is probably my go to red lipstick! It’s GORGEOUS and super long lasting and comfortable and just looks stunning! Plus it’s so Christmassy it hurts… and come to think of it, I’m pretty sure I bought this in the New Years sale as a reduced Christmas gift set!
Doucce Relentless Matte Lip Crayon in Winterberry
GORGOUES, just received this in a Glossybox and I’ve been loving using it! It’s that perfect winter… berry (OMG what a coincidence!)
NYX Liquid Satin Liquid Lipstick in Kitten Heels
This is a new one on the scene.. but yes, another red liquid lipstick. I’m still entirely forming my opinion on this, but so far so good. I’ve never tried one of the NYX Liquid Satin’s and the formula is so comfortable on the lips!
Max Factor Lacquer in Chocolate Nectar
Would it be a month of lipsticks without this one?! This is literally my go to liquid lipstick (come lip gloss) and it’s starting to run out and I will definitely be repurchasing. It’s the perfect nude shade, super comfortable and flattering and lasts longer than you would think with it being a glossy formula!
NYX Powder Puff
The second NYX lipstick on here, and actually this is pretty good! It’s my go to effortless lipstick. It’s that purposely undone lipstick look that looks lived in, but without look cracked or hideous! It’s beautiful and because it’s not mega pigmented, and more buildable, you can have it as a natural rosy lip glow or a full on red pout! Love these!
Bourjois Rouge Fabuleux in Slee-pink Beauty
I LOVE these lipsticks! They’re pigmented, comfortable and glossy! And this is my go to nude from the range! Gorgeous
