What’s In My Makeup Bag | June 2018

I’m about to get set and ready for my Summer holiday down on the South coast (literally so excited!), so I thought I would share with you what I recently carried in my makeup bag home… because it’s bound to be pretty much identical for my holiday! These are products I LOVE and product I’m in the process of trying out.

Currently I’m trying out the Figs and Rouge 3 in 1 Primer, it was a product I got in a beauty subscription boxes and I’m yet to form an opinion on it, so thought I would bring it a long to try. As I’m trying a new primer I thought I would stick to a foundation and concealer I know I love! So using the Max Factor Face Finity Foundation, Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer and the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. Each of these products are firm favourites, last really well and work amazingly with my skin type and colour! I tend to use my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, but this is actually kind of a nightmare to travel with, so I have my Bourjois Healthy Balance Powder as it is another great drugstore option.

I have a few products for the cheeks, as I do like to mix and match sometimes. Something with a bit of everything is the Rimmel Kate Moss Sculpting Palette, this is an amazing travel option as everything in here is great! However, my bronzer of choice is ALWAYS the Max Factor Creme Bronzer in Light Gold, mine has actually hit pan! Crazy! I brought a few different options for blush, as I’m really getting into it at the moment, so I have a cream blush by AHHH, and then powder blushes by Nars (Orgasm) and blush topper from AHHH.

My travel brow products of choice are the NYX Brow Pencil as it comes with it’s own spoolie and it also a great formula, and then the Maybelline Clear Brow Gel. And then onto the eyes.. and of course it’s the ABH Soft Glam Palette. This is soon becoming my favourite eyeshadow palette of all time. It’s so versatile but also so wearable and it’s just a great eyeshadow palette! If you haven’t tried this, or avoided the Modern Renaissance palette because it was just too fiery, then definitely try this! Mascara I’m carrying an old favourite, the Maybelline Lash Paradise Mascara and the AHH Eyeliner.

I brought three lipsticks with me and they were all nudes. The three lipsticks I chose – AHH – are pretty much my top 3 lipsticks of all time and they come with me everywhere!
