Rimmel have launched ANOTHER mascara to their Scandal Eyes Mascara range, this time the Wow Wings. At £6.99 a pop, it’s a super affordable mascara and the packaging is the same shape as the rest of them and it’s pretty and purple – my favourite colour!
It comes with a fairly densely packed plastic mascara with super short bristles, which are usually my brush type of choice. It’s a super black mascara that does make your lashes super dark. However, it doesn’t really do much else than make your eyelashes very dark and a little clumpy. While it’s not a terrible mascara, I really do think there are much better mascaras out there (the Maybelline Lash Sensational and the L’Oreal False Lash X Fibre Mascara to name two).
I do have to say though, it does last very well. You don’t get any weird fall out down your face throughout the day and your lashes don’t completely flop down in front of your face.
So, all in all, would I recommend this? No, not really. It was ok, but nothing impressive

What a shame that it didn’t have the results you’d expect! Maybe leave it for a while and try it again once it’s dried out a little, and maybe it will be different?xx

I picked this up too to review just because I haven’t tried a Rimmel mascara in years. It’s a little too wet and clumpy for me but it might dry out a bit I hope x

I don’t have the best luck with rimmel mascaras. The only one I loved was the rimmel lash accelerator by them and it’s one of my holygrail mascaras.
