I got hold of the new Sleek i-Art liquid eye colours (review here) and I’m not going to lie, I have been obsessed with wearing them. I love being able to experiment with colour and wearing these as eyeliners has been my favourite thing recently – the favourite being Orphism (a purple.. hence the theme of the look)
Base is simple, it’s a culmination of all of my favourite products (the Smashbox Photofinish Primer, the Rimmel Lasting Finish Breathable Foundation, the Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer, Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer & GOSH Loose Setting Powder). I finished off the base with my favourite travel palette – the Charlotte Tilbury Face in a Palette. For brows, the Max Factor Brow Shaper Pencil and GOSH Clear Brow Gel.
Now where it gets interesting – the eyes. I put down a super warm base with the HUDA Beauty Warm Brown Obsessions Palette. Using a mix of the browns and reds in the crease and the pink shade all over the lid (it actually looks super pretty).
Then I use the i-Art Precision Liquid Eye Colour as a liquid eyeliner. They can be quite difficult to work with, because they’re not the most precise application, but if you work with it it looks beautiful. Then, to add a little definition to the lashline, and to clean up the wing, I applied the narrowest line of the Collection Extreme Eyeliner along the lashline and the bottom side of the wing – so narrow you can barely notice, but there enough that it adds a little definition.
Finish off the look with the L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara and the NYX Lip Lingerie in Exotic. Both firm favourites.
And that’s the look done. It’s a look I’ve been wearing A LOT recently, and a look I feel like can be recreated in the Summer in every colour – blue, green, gold, etc etc.
Hope you enjoyed.. and appreciated that I colour co-ordinated by eye look to my jumper!
