Who doesn’t love a good berry toned lip? I know I do! and Autumn is the time for them. So, I thought I would share with you some of my favourite berry toned lips at the current moment in time.
(Left to right in swatches… which is right to left in the lipstick photo…. awks)
GOSH (Boheme) | This lipstick is stunning! Such a classic berry and probably my favourite tone out of all the lipsticks above. It’s easy and comfortable to wear and surprisingly long lasting!
Mac (Velvet Teddy) | Ah! A classic, not a berry tone I am fully aware, but as a deeper nude, I feel like it transitions into autumn and winter perfectly! And Mac lipsticks just tend to be my go to.
Rimmel (Drop of Sherry) | This is a super hydrating, easy lipstick to wear lipstick with a more sheer finish. Making it super easy to wear and apply.
Elizabeth Arden (Iced Grape) | This is actually currently on my lips right now! It’s such a great deep, brown/berry nude! It’s super pigmented, easy to apply, a tad drying, but long lasting. Love these lipsticks so much!
Elizabeth Arden (Raspberry) | Obviously the same formula as above, but it’s a more wine toned berry. Slightly more difficult for me to wear on everyday like Iced Grape, but still a stunning shade!
Collection Velvet Kiss (Mulbery) | These lipsticks are so similar to the NYX lip creams, they’re almost identical! This is another wine-toned berry colour. Like the Elizabeth Arden Raspberry lipstick, it’s a stunning shade, but not one I find the easiest to wear on the daily.
NYX Lip Cream (Budapest) | This is a stunning shade! These wear super well, they apply like a dream, and they just look amazing. And, even though this is a slightly deeper shade, it’s still surprisingly wearable for an everyday look.
Rimmel Stay Matte (Plum This Show) | These lipsticks are surprisingly nice, they’re a liquid lip that aren’t too drying and last well. This colour is a beautiful red with a berry undertone, and the most red out of the bunch it can be great for the transition into Christmas parties!
Max Factor Honey Lacquer (Blooming Berry) | A glossy berry tone, which is super comfortable, and… man, there is not enough good things I can say about this formula of lipsticks! They’re one of my favourites, and the chocolate nectar colour is by far one of my favourite lipsticks of all time!
GOSH (Berry Me) | This formula is actually very thick, but it layers so well with a thinner formula of lipstick (such as the Nip + Fab lipsticks). So, I guess it’s not often a colour I wear much on it’s own.. but it’s definitely a go to with marshmallow (Nip + Fab).
What are your favourite Autumn lipsticks?
