We all love a good mascara, and Rimmel, Max Factor, L’Oreal and Maybelline definitely do some of the best. So, when one of these brands launch a new one, the beauty community go insane… and usually with good cause. And, here we are, with Rimmel’s Wonder’fully Real Mascara, which costs £6.99, so super affordable.
This mascara is simultaneously one of the best, and worst, mascaras I’ve ever tried… which is such a shame.
It has a plastic brush applicator, which a lot of fairly long bristles that grip lashes amazingly. In just a coat or two, your lashes look stunning. I really really love how my lashes look, they look full, and long, and volumised, and separated, and not clumpy… then I blink, or move my eye, or do anything… and bam, panda eyes. The formula is very very wet. It does dry, but it takes a long time, like going on an hour. So, unless you’re able to watch yourself for the first few hours you’re wearing this, you may end up with mascara smudges on your eyelids or under your eyes… which is such a shame!
I really want to love this mascara….
