My Everyday Makeup Bag
My Everyday Makeup Bag

Another month, another selection of makeup products, some of these are the same as last month, some of them are different. However, with me currently in the process of redecorating, I’m living out a makeup bag for at least the next few months, and so I thought I would share with you anyway!

Firstly, my Smash box Photo Finish Foundation Primer has obviously remained in. I love this primer and I’m determined to use one up eventually! My favourite two products from Bourjois, the City Radiance Foundation and the Radiance Reveal Concealer, are remaining in also – so no change there. After repurchasing an old favourite, I’m super excited that the Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot Powder is my pressed powder of the moment, it’s just such an easy powder to get along with, and the packaging is gorgeous!

To get some colour in my face this month I’m using the Body Shop Honey Bronzer in rotation with Max Factor Creme Bronzer in Light Gold. Both these products have been firm favourites for A LONG TIME, and there is no surprise I am going to continue to use them. As someone who doesn’t really wear blush all that much, the Soap and Glory Glow All Out Highlighter is the perfect option as it’s a pink toned highlighter and so works well as both a blush and a highlight. But to give me further options, I am still going to use the Rimmel Kate Moss Palette in Coral Glow, as I love every shade.

For brows, my firm favourite is not budging: Maybelline Brow Satin Pencil. I normally use  my GOSH brow gel, however I thought I would mix it up (just a little) this month and use my Body Shop Eyebrow Gel in Clear.

For eyes I’m using my new Anastasia Modern Renaissance Palette, as I really want to gain a firm opinion of the shades in this palette, because while I already know what I think about the palette, I really want to write about some dupes available on the market, so I REALLY want to get to know this palette. And my two firm favourites (Nars Isolde Duo and the L’Oreal Eye Paint in Irresistible Rose) are there to give me something to fall back on if necessary. For eyeliner and mascara this month I have two complete firm favourites, again, the Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner and Benefit Rollerlash Mascara.

For lip options, let’s face it I always love nudes, and so my three favourite nude lipsticks at the moment are NYX Liquid Lipstick in CannesMac Lipstick in Hot Gossip, Topshop Lipstick in Devotion and Max Factor Lip Lacquer in Chocolate Nectar.

What are your makeup options for the month?

    1. It’s not quite like Benefit Boiing/Collection Lasting Perfection, but it is a good medium coverage concealer. It’s just a really good brightening under-eye concealer!
