New | L’Oreal Lip Paint Matte Nudes

So, L’Oreal launched their lip paints a few months back, and there were only a few shades in there that appealed to me… purely because I’m a nudes and pinks girl… and basically nothing else. So, when I discovered they were launching 6 nude shades to the range I had to say… I was a tad excited! (If you want to read my old thoughts, read them here)

The six shades (swatched from left to right above): 208 (Off-White), 209 (Nude on Fleek), 210 (Dead Lips), 211 (Babe-In), 212 (Nude-Ist), and 213 (Stripped Brown).

A lot of the shades have a peachy undertone, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but if peachy lipsticks don’t suit you, it really does wipe out a lot of the collection. However, I feel like Nude-Ist is a really unusual, super-cool toned nude. The formula is moussey, and comfortable, it’s not the longest lasting and to be honest it doesn’t dry completely matte, but I really do like them. They’re easy to apply, comfy and just easy all round. The two colours I’ve kept are shade 210 and 211 because I felt like they fitted most with my style, and the others I’ve passed on.
