My Hair Care Routine

234

Ultimately I have a lot of hair, and by a lot, I mean a lot! And so caring for it becomes not only expensive, but rather difficult. Finding a product that makes my hair shiny, strong, hydrated, not greasy, yet not weight down is unbelievably hard. And while the L’Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Clay Shampoo and Conditioner showed promise, nothing is quite comparing to the products I’m using now, so I thought I would write a post all about how I care for my hair!

I wash my hair every other day, this helps my hair stay relatively healthy and it means I don’t completely strip my hair of its natural oils. Recently I have been double shampooing with the TRESemme Oleo Radiance Shampoo. After this is washed out I apply TRESemme Oleo Radiance Conditioner all over my hair and leave it on for a few minutes (usually while I wash my face). I finish off my shower hair care routine with, you guessed it, TRESemme Oleo Radiance Creamy Moisturising Mask. I apply this to the bottom two thirds of my hair, and leave this on for the rest of my shower. Just before I wash it out I use my tangle teaser and very gently brush my hair. This makes it less of a nightmare when I get out the shower.

Once I’m out the shower, I use the Umberto Giannini Leave in Conditioner just to finish everything off and run a little bit of the Moroccan Oil Treatment literally to the tips of my hair. And then, believe it or not I’m done.

Like many of you probably do, my hair care routine changes quite regularly. However, I don’t think my hair has looked as soft, shiny and strong as it does at the moment. I know I completely loved the TRESemme range from the first time I used it – I’m being serious, watch my Weekly Vlogs! And I am about 90% sure this will be the product I will be taking on holiday!
