Today we’re talking Festival Essentials! Now obviously this isn’t an exhaustive list, and to be honest – as I live in Southampton were we have a festival – I haven’t been to a festival where I’ve had to camp over. However, I wanted to share with you some of the products would HAVE to take with me!
Come on guys! You NEED deodorant, and the one I have here is just one of the mini impulse sprays. It comes with a really nice floral fragrance and so doubles up as a sort of perfume without having to take your delicate bottles.
Wipes! All the wipes! Basically when you’re camping you don’t have access to a shower – unless you live in England, and it rains constantly…
I’d say my three essential makeup wipes are eye makeup remover pad (you tend to wear waterproof makeup at festivals, so you need something targeted to removing that), facial wipes (take off all the makeup, freshen up your face, all that jazz), and deodorant wipes (I know we have deodorant as well, but these are amazing for freshening up and feeling like you’ve sort of had a shower… sort of).
So traditionally I brush my teeth with a toothbush and water, but possibly with a lack of water and not really feeling it all the time, it might be a good idea to use this once a day, and brush your teeth once a day – therefore sorta reaching your twice a day. These are basically tooth brushes to brush inbetween your teeth and clean plaque, food and all that nice stuff!
Come on this is a classic? If you don’t need to wash your hair, you can even use this stuff to help you style your hair. I feel like the way to go is Batiste or Colab, they’re both amazing for me and they smell great!
Nuxe Multi-Use Dry Oil – Golden Shimmer
So this possibly isn’t one I would take with me, and it’s very expensive, however to make your skin look and feel amazing this stuff is awesome! So basically it’s a dry oil and so it makes your skin feel super soft, but it has tiny gold shimmer in it, so when your skin reflects the sun it makes it look AWESOME!
For when you go to the toilet, eat food, or basically do anything, antibacterial hand gel is super important. And Carex do some really fun scents! Nothing more to say I feel.
Even if it looks cloudy (which some up, it’s basically never sunny in England), you can still get burnt. If you’re looking for a really great sunscreen that will really protect your skin against any sunrays, then P20 is the way to go! This stuff is not a light weight sunscreen, so if you like that, this probably isn’t the way to go. But it does keep you safe and comes in like 15, 20, 30, and 50+!
I hope you enjoyed this post! Let me know your festival essentials!
